Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Kuala Lumpur ! The staff was extremely friendly, the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me.
The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid".

The staff were polite and okay. However, the room was not clean, with hair in several places. Basic amenities were missing, and the heater was not working. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, and improvements are needed.
