Hotel location very good. Easy to get tranportation. Big shopping mall very close. Airport half hour by KLIA Express.
Meals and staff at Hilton are excellent.

Strategic 5 Star BUT......

A very strategically located hotel, which the rooms are clean and with great sufficient space even for the entry level categories, its definitely a pleasant stay if you have not that high expectation. However it does seem weird for the toilet lights to be white instead of yellow which was used throughout the rooms... Its either yellow all or white all thats fine... but you have one section of the lighting very different from the overall which obviously wad a don't care attitude of person responsible when replacing worn out lights. For this.. you really need to have your house keeping and maintenance team to learn from Hilton Petaling Jaya which is the best Hilton Brand Hotel I have ever stayed (Malaysia and China). As well, it is indeed very difficult to find the Do NOT disturb lights as well as certain lights.. its good if you can put some discription where to seek for the critical parts like the do NOT disturb lights if it is not at the standard area. Another point to note is that carpentry work which is NOT damaged that requires heavy work but only minor fine tuning is notneven done and you can see the cupboard doors protruding out against another and cannot close properly. As such to conclude on this part, your housekeeping and maintenance - FAIL!
The front office people are nice and warm... They deserve a great praise. However, services encompass every sector not just the front office and you guys need to have every staff properly trained in etiquttes of greeting guests OR enquiry on guests. This is not the case for your other staff that you should reinforce.
The pool area is superb... Very apparent the Hilton side looks grandier and more fun compared to Marriot's Le Meridien. This is excellent.
You already a very nice design property, but unfortunately, you did not perfect it with the flaws of your housekeeping and facilities. The failure of your housekeeping is the faiure to properly update on any damage or anomalies in the rooms that requires you maintenance to handle.

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Food was okay, but seemed to be standard Western pricing - expensive by local standards.

Perfect hotel next to KL Sentral. Clean modern rooms, nice breakfast with a huge choice and very helpful and friendly staff an excellent experience.
