Excellent Place
This is located beside a road, but nestled in a quiet corner in Bangsar. The whole place is very well managed. Check-in was smooth. There are ample parking under the building. Buffet breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. We were happy to have chosen this place to stay for two nights while attending a family function.

Unsafe conditions and misrepresentation – see photos
I stayed at DOMITYS Bangsar in Kuala Lumpur and had a deeply disappointing and unsafe experience.
The property is marketed as a luxury residence, but what I encountered was the opposite.
During my stay, I was injured due to a dangerous, unmarked drop in the hallway. There were no warning signs, no visual indicators, and no effort to mitigate a clear safety hazard.
The room itself was unsanitary and poorly maintained:
Heavy dust buildup throughout the room (thick enough to mark with a finger)
A non-functional television despite being listed as an amenity
Overall cleanliness far below acceptable hotel standards
These conditions are not consistent with the way this property is advertised. A signed check-in form does not excuse unsafe premises or unlivable conditions.
I documented everything with photographs, which I am attaching here so future guests can judge for themselves.
I strongly advise travelers to look carefully at recent reviews and photos and to be cautious if safety, cleanliness, and honest representation matter to you.

Rooms were overall decent. However, our room had bugs on the kitchen counter, dining table, and beside table. There was also a leak whenever we took a shower - water flowed from shower area to the sink/beyond. Shower area could do with better scrubbing as well.

While the location is great, the hotel itself is less desirable. It is a much older building with interiors that resemble an apartment more than a hotel, and despite it's reputation for elderly guests, the hallways and entry halls into the room were not PWD friendly. I didn't have a great check-in experience, as I was given another guest's room key at first. However, when I settled into my room, while very spacious, was also very dusty (triggering my allergies) and quite dirty. The sheets & plates were stained, and dust bunnies in every corner. As unfortunate as my experience was, management were quite accommodating and understadning with my request for early check-out, which I appreciated immensely.
