Value for money

Tintin is very accommodating and friendly. She helped us with everything we need. The hotel is in good location and has a good value for money-- not too expensive nor too cheap. Room is a little small but has everything we need. Bed is comfortable but pillow is a little thin so we asked foe extra pillows and they immediately obliged without extra cost. Amenities were complete, too. View at night shows city lights and calming to the eyes. Over all, it was a pleasant stay.

A nice hotel near Chinatown

PROS: Mostly good - second time staying.
CONS: Safety box was not bolted to the floor/wall.
REVIEW:
 Stayed Sep-2025 for 2 nights in Cosmo King Room without windows and without breakfast. We were helped with luggage from taxi to the hotel entrance. Reception is upstairs on the mezzanine floor.
 Key-card is needed for the lift.
 Kettle and cups but no coffee or tea. No bottles of water but tap water in glass bottles which we did not use. There was a water dispenser in the corridor which we used for water refills.
 Room had a small desk with a chair-on-wheels.
 I stayed here 8 years ago and breakfast was chaotic with large coach groups. Looked at the breakfast on the first floor and this time it was reasonable.
NEGATIVES:
 Safety box was not bolted to the floor/wall.

Cosmo Hotel Stay in KL

Very clean, very accommodating especially Ms Tin Tin. She is very helpful, very nice and very kind. She recommended some places like Sogo Kl, Petronas, etc. We stayed 3 nights in Cosmo Hotel and the hotel room is very clean as always. Thank you Cosmo Hotel and Ms Tin Tin! Till our next stay!

Excellent staff - smooth check-in and check-out, receptionists responsive to queries and problems (e.g. ceiling leak).
Cleanliness - sheets clean, room does not smell, room cleaned well, carpets dirty with particles large and small but this does not affect the hotel's value-for-money, which remains high.
Hotel has good eco-friendly policies - towels only changed on request, drinking water available from dispensers on every floor.

Comfortable stay with Cosmo

We checked in Cosmo hotel, 10 rooms with warm welcome at reception by TInTIn. She is very caring and kind to serve guest.
Rooms are very nice luxurious with all kind of facilities.
Only breakfast good quality need to be improved especially for Indian food. Bread quality is not good need to improve a lot.
All over it was great experience staying at Cosmo Hotel. TInTIn and Angi helped us nicely during check in and check out.
