Hotel room is cleanbut lack of basic item like room slipper supplied to guest in the room. Also the breakfast area which was set up in 1st floor corridor is not suitable for guests.

I love this hotel. Excellent location. Beautiful clean pool. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Will come back later.

Good Place and convenient

Fantastic experience, good breakfast and staff very friendly and courteous, a must stay in Ipoh. The hotel is well placed with easy access to malls and tourist places.

Think this hotel swimming pool need major renovation as new hotel attraction since there is new building at the back.

Real gems working at Impiana Hotel, Ipoh

Our stay at Impiana Hotel, Ipoh was truly memorable, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of Villasini and Sivanesh. They went above and beyond to ensure our visit was smooth and enjoyable. Always pleasant and helpful, they assisted us with transport in and around Ipoh and even stepped in to secure alternative transport when our original plans to Cameron Highlands fell through. Their dedication, professionalism, and passion for their work made all the difference. They recommended places to visit, where to eat and what to explore. Meeting them was a real highlight of our trip. Highly recommended, and we hope our paths cross again sometime soon! And yes, breakfast was delicious!
