Messed up our trip . Awful !!!

Rep from Hotel Tonight totally screwed my reservation !!!!
Booked 3 nights, made change of dates, charged an extra $15, then rebooked 2 nights at a much higher price without telling me…. This is total mistake on their part and won’t fix it !!
Don’t think I’ll use them again. Warning to all !!
