I strongly wouldn’t recommend this place. Very rude staff. Unapproachable and a horrible place to say.

I definitely percent wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The staff are really unapproachable and rude, for instance the wall charger wouldn’t work and he naturally blamed me like it was my fault the wall socket wouldn’t work. Then asked me why it don’t work well I know it wasn’t my cable as it works fine using it on another wall socket and literally woke another person sleeping and said why didn’t you use his and I said because it’s not my bed why else ‍♂️ not going to wake someone up like you do. As it’s disrespectful and rude you don’t just wake someone up just wake someone up to use there wall charger socket. The manner profession was totally unacceptable and this just after being nice he was so rude and didn’t care that it didn’t work so I had no where to charge my phone and I had to be up at 6 am . Very selfish of him.And the beds had bed bites when I mentioned it he didn’t care was rude. And I’m like this is your hostel your going to loose people coming here. Another traveler came and said the same she was treated very badly and unapproachable when asked a simple question she was turned away. She asked if she could use a microwave or something. She got told to go away, which is very rude andI’m unapproachable like if you don’t wanna work in a hostile simple as don’t work in the hostel and look for another job and this place don’t give your money deposit back to you. They ignore your calls messages and everything. Would definitely please avoid this place. Horrible staff, rude obnoxious. selfish arrogant and unprofessional definitely needs. Improving will not be returning. That’s for sure if anyone is reading this right now. I suggest you don’t come you’re only gonna regret it.

Avoid at all cost.

1st ; unattended reception. Had to wait for some time until the Bangla staff arrive.
2nd ; cramped room
3rd ; during check out had to wait again & hassle to get your deposit back. Until now deposit still unpaid.
Conclusion : AVOID.
