A wonderful stay! The warm hospitality at check in set the tone, followed by a fantastic meal and a rest filled night

A very warm welcome, actually before my arrival Tony the receptionist called to check what time I will be arriving, I felt so good. I had a quick checking in and the rest of the night was superb.

Perfect. Will recommend to friends

Location: Access road from the main road can be improved. This understandably is not Waters Edge responsibility.
Atmosphere: Perfect
Rooms: Very perfect
Value: It is value for money.
Cleanliness: Excellent
Noise level: Very good
Service: The restaurant needs to improve in that salt and chili
should always be available at the time customers are being served without the customers having to ask for these small yet very important items for a perfect dining experience.

Great experience and quality customer service

I am a regular at this Hotel, and I have enjoyed my stay. The Staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms are of high standard and the food is nice.

Scenic Place, Poor Customer Care

Quiet and beautiful place, though I didn’t enjoy the food and some staff members were rude. They restrict you to drink only at the bar and eat only at the restaurant, even though there is plenty of space along the river.
