Exceptional setting
Beautiful setting as rarely found in Mayotte. Quality service and cuisine. Perfect place to relax in peace with a splendid view. I highly recommend.

Expensive and very bad reception
Arrival at 14h20, we are told that service impossible even if at the entrance it was announced service until 14h30. We fall back on 2 pieces of cake and 2 coffees. Once the order is placed with a child of 13/14 years max (who returned 2 times because had not managed to retain), this child tells us you will not have the right to access to the beach. I would remind you that in France the coastal law prohibits the privatization of a beach and child labour is also prohibited. Very salty note in addition 38 euros. Finally we went instead to Tahiti much prettier beach with a much nicer snack pattern

Chère Madame, Nous regrettons votre incompréhension. Il est écrit à l'entrée de se présenter avant 14h. Nous avons cependant pu vous servir des desserts. L'enfant dont vous parler est notre fils, qui est apprécié pour sa gentillesse. Concernant l'accès, l'établissement privé est réservé à la clientèle de l'hôtel. Il ne s'agit nullement de privatisation de plage, qui est située 150 mètres plus bas. Nous ne sommes donc pas situés sur la plage, mais bien dans une propriété privée et réservons l'accès à notre clientèle. La plage peut être jointe par d'autres chemins sans traverser la propriété ni stationner sur le parking privé.

Disaster
The property is a very nice place facing the sea with beautiful infrastructures.
Unfortunately this hotel is run by crooks. The manager and her husband are not yet in prison but it should be soon because if they have the chance they will try to arrange you.
Good luck and good stay to those who want to try this experience.

Annulation faite J-3 avant le séjour, sur un week-end chargé où nous étions complet, au motif d'un vol reporté, nous vous informons que conformément aux CGV le séjour n'est malheureusement pas remboursable. Nous vous proposons un report mais répondez ne pas avoir d'autre dates ( pas de report de vol, étonnant?) Nous vous indiquons de faire la demande de prise ne charge à la Cie et votre assurance en proposant de fournir tous justificatifs nécessaires et en vous indiquant de nous tenir informés quant à la suite de la prise en charge. Notre erreur, notre naïveté, car nous n'avons pas effectivement l'habitude d'une clientèle malhonnête, tout cela s'est fait à l'oral, sans écrit. Nous avons renvoyé un message le lendemain pour avoir des nouvelles et proposer de vous fournir une attestation, sans réponse. Nous avons tenté de relouer les chambres, afin de limiter les pertes : nous avions ouvert exceptionnellement le restaurant le dimanche soir, à votre demande, résultat un service et du personnel mobilisé pour 5 personnes au lieu de 17 et 3 chambres vides alors que nous avions refusé des demandes... Vous vous êtes présentés le soir en réclamant vos chambres, ( la manoeuvre était bien rodée), en arguant qu'il n'y a avait aucune trace écrite de votre annulation. Lorsque nous demandons le justificatif d'annulation de vol, vous répondez l'air narquois que là n'est pas la question... Lorsque nous demandons vos pièces d'identité, vous refusez. ( Preuve que vous avez des choses à vous reprocher). Nous comprenons que le motif était un leurre et que nous avons été manipulés ( et non le contraire). Nous proposons alors le remboursement bien que nous ayons subis de lourdes pertes mais pour écourter cette situation. Non contents d'avoir été remboursés, vous vous permettez à tour de rôle des commentaires extravagants. Nous sommes pourtant restés courtois. Sachez qu'une annulation est soumise à conditions de vente, l'établissement est en droit de relouer ses chambres, cependant, nous serons plus vigilants à l'avenir en exigeant des écrits, nous n'étions pas habitués encore une fois à une telle malhonnêteté.
