Don't Waste Your Time Nor Money (recommendations herein)

To make a sordidly long story short: I was given a room w/a completely molded bathroom. I asked them if I they could give me another rooms. They said they were filled to capacity, which seemed odd because I hardly saw any other guests while I was there. They assured me that the BLACK mold was, "no big deal," & just, "the color of the tiles." They assured me that, "they had much nicer rooms & that this bathroom didn't reflect the quality of the hotel." . I asked them what that had to do with my molded shower.
The next morning they called themselves compensating for the inconvenience by bringing the breakfast I paid for to my room. Room service for a breakfast I paid for was their gesture.
Save yourself the frustration of incompetence and book a room at San Cristobal or Hotel Nosy Manga if you need a place close to the airport.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes.
Comme nous avons déjà eu l'occasion de vous l'expliquer, la douche de cette chambre est réalisée en béton ciré depuis la création de l'hôtel. Son aspect et sa teinte sont ceux du matériau d'origine et ne résultent ni d'un problème d'hygiène ni de la présence de moisissures. Nous comprenons toutefois que cette finition ait pu prêter à confusion et nous regrettons cette perception.
Concernant votre demande de changement de chambre, notre établissement affichait effectivement un taux d'occupation très élevé lors de votre séjour. Malgré ces contraintes, notre équipe est parvenue à réorganiser plusieurs attributions afin de pouvoir vous proposer une autre chambre. Vous avez finalement préféré conserver votre chambre initiale, ce que nous avons bien entendu respecté.
Soucieux de votre satisfaction, nous avons également souhaité vous témoigner notre considération par une attention particulière durant votre séjour. Nous regrettons que nos efforts n'aient pas permis de répondre pleinement à vos attentes.
Nous prenons note de vos remarques et continuerons à travailler chaque jour pour offrir à nos clients un accueil attentif et une expérience de qualité.

Superior staff, good restaurant, convenient to airport

For most visitors the value will be in the excellent restaurant, artistically decorated rooms, quiet shaded courtyard, and proximity to both the airport and the large craft market, away from the noise and bustle.
For us it was the staff. My husband experienced a medical emergency, and the staff quickly arranged for a doctor and nurse to visit him in the room to diagnose his problem, and then ordered transport to a hospital. They responded with alacrity and professional calm. Upon his discharge they were most supportive. I can't thank them enough.

Charming hotel

A charming and quiet hotel, well located with friendly and attentive staff. Clean room and shower room, nice decoration. Hearty and quality breakfast. We have lunch, very well. No negative aspects to report. We recommend this hotel.

Good

We stayed twice, in two different rooms, the number 12 very ruined, the water tap was not working and the room was full of mosquitoes and the mosquito net is broken. The second time we stayed in room number 16 which is very nice, it looks like another hotel. Good restaurant with French cuisine. Breakfast Service very slow. The hotel is completely isolated outside the city.

Siamo felici che abbiate apprezzato la camera 16 e la nostra cucina, ma ci scusiamo sinceramente per i disagi riscontrati nella camera 12 e per la lentezza del servizio. Abbiamo già pianificato i lavori di manutenzione necessari e faremo del nostro meglio per migliorare la rapidità della colazione per il vostro prossimo soggiorno.
