Nice little hotel away from the main road. Staff are helpful and courteous. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is enough and enjoyable. Location is great.

Staff were great,very helpful, even when we kept breaking the toilet .
Breakfast was simple but delicious. Fresh baguettes straight from the bakery.
Aircon was a bit dodgy, but there was a powerful fan to make up for it.
Location was suberb on a side street from the main restaurant night market drag

Great room in a perfect location for exploring Luang Prabang. Only downside was that there was a little bit of damp in the room and the room was quite dark with minimal natural light. Staff absolutely lovely and so helpful. Breakfast delicious too

Great location, but room for improvement

The hotel is in one of the best locations in the city. It’s surrounded by plenty of restaurants, both in front and behind, and just a 1-minute walk from the night market and street food vendors. The Mekong River is less than a 5-minute walk away, and there are lots of Instagram-worthy spots nearby for great photos. Luang Prabang is a beautiful city, especially if you’re staying in this area.
The rooms are okay—nothing fancy, but functional. The air conditioning works well and keeps the room cold, which is a plus. The wifi is okay. Housekeeping cleans the room daily, and complimentary water is provided.
However, one downside is the smell in the room and bathroom, likely coming from the sewers. Even if you don’t use the bathroom, the odor tends to return. Some air fresheners or indoor plants could really help improve the experience.
Breakfast is decent. There’s a menu with some variety, but most of the options are the same. Staff are generally okay—polite but not particularly attentive or proactive.
Overall, the hotel’s location is a major highlight, but with a few improvements in cleanliness, smell management, and staff engagement, it could offer a much better stay.
