LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE
The hotel is nice in terms of facilities, its room with a fan is good although it is not delivered with soaps and the toilet paper was about to end, but what is really LOUSY is the attitude of the manager “KATHE” or administrator, (who is a woman of thin build and teas like Trigueña) super conflicted and rude!!, he did not greet us on our arrival at the hotel (referring to me he did it “look buddy” without greeting or having a kind gesture) only “ATTACKED” me indicating that I should make the payment of the whole instance immediately (when I come for work issues and that part had explained to the advisor that my company pays it)... there was no conciliatory mood and my solution was to indicate that I left my share worth 1mm which covered 5 nights and then I passed to another hotel BECAUSE THEY ALSO DID NOT HAVE ELECTRONIC BILLING OR FOR BUSINESS DO NOT HAVE RUT OR SOMETHING LEGAL FOR “THE FINAL CONSUMER”.
When the last day came, we were going to have breakfast with my girlfriend, she came down first because she had a meeting, sat at a table and saw no one to attend to her, she told me that and I went down to the lobby and indeed there was no one!!!, only the thin woman “social manager owner” who when I approached (I greeted and asked for kitchen) what she said was NOT WORKING, what I did was what anyone else would usually do, ask what the reason might have been or if there would be later and her response was to make face “and this what?” laugh and say “well because there is no!!” I said “ok” and asked her name, she tells me her name is “ADRIANA” (which is false because I already research who she is) and after that (to make my review I ask her last name) and it was like “what do you care for?” And that's where she triggered a super rude argument on her part WHERE SHE EVEN SENT ME HER HUSBAND!!!
Hahahaha the man came down with defensive attitude because his wife told him that I had allegedly been rude and I mistreated her... because the man started trying to talk to me, in that SHE INTERRUPTS US SEVERAL TIMES RUDELY AND TALKS ABOUT ME HAVING PROBLEMS! THAT I CONNECT WITH MY INNER WOMAN, THAT IT IS NOTICEABLE THAT I AM A BATTERER WITH WOMEN, THAT THEIR RELIGION IS LESS EVIL IS DIFFERENT AND THAT SHE DOES NOT HAVE TO BE GREETING EVERYONE MUCH MORE...
Anyway, CHAOS and PESIMAAAAA choice of mine to approach that person, LOUSY SERVICE OF THE ALLEGED MANAGER who is a derogatory and humiliating woman, by telling me that she was the manager and she didn’t have to talk to me, that’s why she has her employee to deal with me (talk about “it’s my employee like 5 times or more referring to one of the auxiliaries who wasn’t at the time when we went to order breakfast service either)... anyhow, what a PESIMA EXPERIENCEAAAAA I DON’T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL FOR THIS VERY DEROGATORY HUMILIATING AND RUDE PERSON PESIMAAAAAAAA!! OF THE WORST OF THE HOTEL!!!.

Disgusting.
Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The staff is nice but the owner is terrible. You can’t enjoy the pool as it’s alls day the terrible music of the owner and when I asked to change the music or tune it down a bit, the owner actually made it louder! Also the facilities are run down. Everywhere are offensive stickers and so on…

Beautiful hotel, terrible experience
How sad a hotel so cute and the staff so terrible, lazy until 10am say they give breakfast and after order they give it 50 minutes later and at 11am it is time to deliver the room, the meal was a burger and a pasta the preparation was two and a half to three hours, the breakfast superbasic and expensive. We will certainly not return for the staff, that is why I think the hotel was totally vacant.

I do not recommend it, lousy customer service, first site I visit that do not allow you to enter the premises until check in time, after that they block me from having an opinion about their bad service, terrible as they treat customers

I arrived, nice, warm welcome, the menu looked pretty good but really horrible, a regret
The food there is good for the gastrointestinal tract. The staff quite nice. I went there just to eat but given the state of the food compared to the photos that were shown on the menu it doesn't make me want to go to the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel
