Be extremely careful with this hotel!
My experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel obligated to warn other travelers, especially foreign guests. During check-in, the staff asked me to sign a document, claiming it was only required for VAT exemption purposes for international tourists. Everything seemed normal, so I trusted their explanation.
However, days later, I discovered a charge on my credit card for supposed “tour packages” that I never requested, never authorized, and that never even took place. At no point was I informed that the document could be used to apply additional charges.
I feel completely misled, and I consider this practice highly deceptive and unethical. Carefully review every document before signing anything and closely monitor your credit card statements after staying here. I am sharing this to prevent other guests from going through the same situation.

Excellent service
Great service by the hotel staff. We had small birthday gathering and everything was great, the food was delicious. We met the manager Andrés and were able to see where the staff gets all the great service. The the hotel is located in a perfect spot, beautiful views.
