comfortable place, great service

This is a small hotel near National University. The rooms are modestly sized, but everything is perfectly neat, clean, and tasteful. The outstanding thing for me is the attentiveness of the owner/manager. She did everything possible to make my stay pleasant, going beyond what was promised. I recommend this to anyone.

Great place for visiting the National University

A simple, very pleasant hotel, perfectly placed for visiting the National University (10 minute walk away). The beds are comfy and the rooms clean and quiet with strong free wifi that didn't fail once. The staff are delightful and really helpful, assisting with all needs and any problems. Breakfast is good - fruit, fresh juice and different eggs each day. Staff organised transport to the airport (20 minutes away) and the driver was helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, comfy beds

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and appreciated the quadruple room because most hotels in Bogota don't have a room with king bed for parents and twins for the kids. Scrambled eggs and toast and fruit served for included breakfast was good. The staff didn't speak English but were patient with my poor Spanish!

Pésima atención

Al llegar al hotel teníamos la reserva y con tarjeta ya sabias del recargo pero la dueña asi se hizo llamar nos ina a cobrar otro recargo. El desayuno en mi reserva estaba incluido y ella, de nuevo la dueña me informa que debo cancelarlo adicional.
Y la mejor de todas le entregó la tarjeta para el pago y después de una retahíla gigante me preguntan que cupo tengo y que categoría es mi tarjeta? Desde cuando es información que al comercio le interese...
De verdad desconfianza total.

Acogedor y cálido

Estuve en este hotel cuatro días por motivo de un Congreso que se celebraba en la Universidad Nacional. Excelente ubicación para este motivo, solo a dos cuadras. Aunque el hotel es pequeño y carece de lujos, la atención es maravillosa, está impecable y sirven un desayuno delicioso: jugo natural, café, pan, huevos revueltos, arepa... de todo! Y a la hora que el viajero lo necesite. Muy amable la atención!
