Very convienient for a one night stay

By taxi less than ten minutes from airport. Taxi at airport charges approx 50.000 COP. The return from this small hotel to airport is 25.000 COP. Small and clean rooms with private shower. Small and local breakfast served in the living room downstairs or at the patio. Wifi ok. An ok place for just a nights sleep on transit through Bogota near airport. Good value.

A hotel from hell

We were looking for a room with 2 beds because the flight was oversold. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL EVER! This so call hotel is a HOSTEL in a slum area.
We arrived at the "HOTEL" at midnight, we found it to be unsafe and gross. We rang the bell and knocked on the metal gate multiple times before the lady shows up to unlock the padlock gate.
The place was small, gross and poorly maintained. This is an absolute dump not even fit for a hostel.
My friend Michaelito told her this is not a hotel but she brought the sign under the desk and insisted that it's a hotel.
Michaelito gave her our confirmation number for a room with 2 beds but she said the room we want hadn't been cleaned yet. While we were trying to contact hotels.com, we were argued with her for over an hour (now is after 1 o'clock in the morning) but she was complaining that she needs to go to sleep. She did not care at all that we only want to sleep for few hours and catch the 7am flight back home. She was the RUDEST lady I have ever met.
Michaelito wants to stay even though I want to go back to the airport or sleep under a bridge, in my opinion. After gave her 122000 (COP) about 41 (USD), she let us in the rooms. The rooms are tiny, the mattress was old, cat ran all over the places.
There was ONE towel and the lady sniffed a towel before giving it to us, there's no heater or air conditioning in the room. I tried to use the shower but the faucet spits rather that streams of water.
It was a very cold night and I was afraid to use the blanket since I don't want any bed bugs on me.
This place needs a wrecking ball hanging over it to remind people to stay away.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! If I could give a ZERO, I would.

overnight hotel near airport

The plsce is hard to find, it took the taxi driver a few detours to find it. Its in a residential area and no decent restaurant nearby, or at least ghe one was closed. Othrrwise just fast food. Service ok and frindly. Sleeping ok. Airport noise not to bad.

LIES!

the only good thing i can say about this hotel is the proximity to the airport. it took about 7 minutes. so it's good for an overnight stay to make your flight the next day. however, it doesn't make up for the fact that they failed to mention there was no running water at the time of our check in.after the fact, they said it would come back in 5 minutes, no such thing. they didn't let us check out because they assured us it would come back at 9pm. we checked in at 1pm. we left to go roam around, got back around 530, asked if we could get a refund. they said no since we didn't book directly through them. they said we had to go through expedia so they refused to issue us a refund. they said it wasn't their fault because the city decided to fix the pipes. by the time 9pm rolled around, we decided to leave and go sleep at the airport. at least there was a functioning toilet that we can use! awful service. and now we're dealing with expedia trying to get our money back and expedia is claiming it's not their fault either.

Great customer service however terrible location.

I literally spent only one night there (arrived at 11:00pm and left at 7:30am). The customer service is very good, they are very attentive. The location is terrible, even though they provide a map to get there once you book, the taxi driver had to ring them to ask for directions as he couldn't find it. Is in a kind of ghetto in Bogota, I have to say I was a bit scared. I was also cold during the night as I had not enough covers in the bed. 10 min cab ride from the airport though.
