Short Stay in Nairobi

We arrived past 12MN and the small reception desk was closed. We stayed here for just aroud 6hrs as we were scheduled to drive to Masai Mara early morning. We booked this place just to refresh and have a place to stay until 7AM before we drive to Masai Mara. No elevator, the passage way was really dark. The receptionist had to be woken up by the security. Our rooms were not prepared. We had to wait for them to make our rooms ready. The linens have stain marks. We had to ask for the complimentary water. The receptionist at first did not know what to do with the copy of the hotel reservation print out. We waited long before she could finally show us to our room.
