Nice hotel with a view

1. 25min from Shymkent Airport.
2. Quiet hotel on a hill top.
3. Full gym and indoor pool with sauna.
3. Toiletries provided. My room has a big balcony. Washed my clothes and was dried overnight as wind was very strong due to high ground.
4. Breakfast was good..
5. Love to try their local beer but hotel bar only sell Corona beer which I can find in Singapore as such I did not consume any.

A good hotel, attentive staff, fantastic view - I recommend

I can't say the hotel has a good location - it's a bit far from the city, BUT it's a new hotel with pleasant interior, clean rooms, attentive staff and a breathtaking view. I enjoyed staying there and will get back for sure.

If you want to avoid disappoint, stay away

Ok, the building is impressive from the outside but the facilities are 3 star at most. This also might be the reason that the hotel, most of the times is empty. I stayed there for 1 night on March 5th. I had planned to stay for 2 nights, but after the first evening's experience I moved out.- In true Soviet-times fashion one has to decide - in writing what one likes for breakfast the next morning. Not too bad, but for a 5 star hotel...
What really put me off was the service at the bar on roof top. After ordering a second glass of wine of the same vintage I caught the waiter pouring the left-overs from other bottles into 1 glass and wanting to serve it! Disgusting! - The bar is supposed to be open until 1 pm. The staff asked me to leave 1 1/2 hour early "because they were tired." The next morning, after cold scrambled eggs and some black bread I moved to the Rixos Hotel.

was there for a 2 days job and i enjoyed

the property is located on top of a little hill near the town center , the lobby staff was very efficient and willing to help ,the room was very clean and the interior was pleasant and i felt very comfortable ,big bed with cotton sheets which i love .
Service was good and even if a big party was going on i could sleep and rest , over all i enjoy my staying and i can say that i will go back .
