The best B & B ever!

This is my second stay at Robinsong as I was so impressed the first time. My husband came with me this time and was as delighted as I was with the hospitality we received from Dale and Terry. They are amazing hosts and Terry's breakfasts are the best. You won't need lunch. The house is charming and the rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and definitely fairly priced. The house is located a few blocks from downtown Thorold so there is easy access to restaurants etc. The pool was very welcome with the hot weather while we were there. We will not hesitate to stay there again when we come back to Thorold.

Jane, please contact me directly. I have no idea what you are talking about.
When you book through an Expedia company they ask for your credit card information to hold your reservation. We are a "pay at the hotel" B and B and we never see your credit card information as we do not use credit cards.
You paid for your stay only once and only at Robinsong. Please contact me right away to clear this up.

Lovely!

This was the first time we have stayed in a B&B and we were not disappointed. It was beautiful. The home is stunning and beautifully decorated. It is comfortable and welcoming. Terry and Dale were fantastic hosts. Dale knows everything about the house and surrounding area and was wonderful to chat with. Terry is a fabulous cook and the breakfasts were incredible and so delicious. Stay there! You will not be disappointed.

Issue not resolved.

We would love to give this B&B a good review, but we have been overcharged and are still waiting to be re-imbursed by the owner. We contacted the owner several times by phone and email, but we are being ignored. If and when the issue is resolved, we will delete this poor review.

Hidden Gem in Thorold

I had an art show to go to in Fonthill because I was exhibiting at it, so had to find a place nearby to stay for 2 nights, and that's when I came across Robinsong. This is a gem of a place in Thorold, ON, run by Dale & Terry. It is a wonderful brick home that is in immaculate condition in an updated Victorian manor style. And that's not the half of it. Dale is a wonderful host and always willing to accommodate, friendly and is full of information on the area. And although we never met him, Terry is hard at work in the kitchen helping Dale create the wonderful breakfasts, overflowing breakfasts we just could not finish. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, so I naturally highly recommend it.
