Everything was great except the kids running around and someone pulled the fire alarm. I believe there was a children’s hockey team also staying.

This place was a dump. For example, bathroom tile floor had several cracks, sink had a large crack and no stopper. Tiles in tub were black and dirty. Shower floor was cracked, creaked and bounced with each step. Toilet would flush and not refill. Maintenance called and reported it was fixed. Each subsequent flush required lifting off tank lid, jiggling the float to flush.Sheets were changed only when requested, but with strange looks from housekeeping. Beds were made like a 10 year old, hurrying to make their bed before school- not neat, pillows thrown in disarray. Lamp shade in room was shredded. This hotel should not even be allowed to be on their website. If I had paid less than half of the price/night, you might come across an establishment like this. Don’t judge by the exterior. . I waited a few days to comment, so I wouldn’t use expletives.

Room requires upgrades and improvements. Numerous people loitering in lobby and parking lot. Garbage in parking lot.

Well. Starters went to Cadillacs the lounge. Waited 25 minutes to get served. Drinks that came unacceptable. I paid we went to the restaurant. Waited there. Meal came over cooked. Cutlet. After I started eating no one came back to ask. Told the server. When I paid. She Didn’t seem to care.
Area was dirty. Outside noise was a bit much.

Avoid

Officially, the worst Four Points or any Marriott Bonvoy property I've ever stayed at.
Dirty: carpets in hallways, elevators, room carpets, hairs in the shower. Broken items: sink, shower base, tiles, very badly repaired tiles. Everything just screams "Cheap!", but the room price is not.
This experience made me rethink trusting the Marriott and Four Points brands. Will never stay in this specific hotel again and may avoid Marriott altogether.
Lessons learned: check the reviews.
