Hidden gem, filled with comfort and charm
This is a hidden gem. The hotel has a small appearance, but has spacious rooms and a restaurant which has both indoor and outdoor seating in a lovely garden setting. the rooms were comfortable -- small but enough space for everything. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and answered all our questions (and we had plenty!). We got good recommendations for breakfast and lunch from the desk staff, and valued their opinions. If you stay at large hotels, this is definitely different -- but a welcome change from the franchise/chains, and puts charming and comfortable back in the hotel stay. I would recommend -- and will come back when next i am in town.

Nice location but disappointing accomodations
The hotel is a good location at the bottom of the hill, with plenty of nice restaurants and galleries within walking distance. The staff is pleasant. However the hotel rooms are disappointing. One of the 3 rooms was very small. The bathrooms were all tiny and dark, and the sink is in the bedroom with limted counter space. The hotel lobby is small and serves as a waiting area for restaurant guests in the evening, so it gets crowded. The breakfast is very basic, and the room where it is served is really dark and depressing. Our room key stopped working daily, we had to keep getting it reprogrammed, by the third day it was annoying. They did comp us our parking fees because of the inconvenience.

A Lovely Place to Stay
The hotel and staff were delightful. Our room was comfortable, clean, and a bit luxurious. The breakfast was quite nice and each day some berries added a special touch. Strongly recommend.

Nice quaint hotel.
Hotel was very nice and clean. Only issues were our safe in the room wasn’t working and we asked them to look into it but they didn’t. Also TV had parental lock and gal at the reception desk did not know the code. Had to wait for the next shift to come in to get the code. It’s close to old lower Quebec and all its shops.

Getaway in Old Quebec
Very nice welcome experience upon our departure! Very clean, warm, and relaxing hotel. We had the William suite and it was perfect, comfortable, and no disturbing outside noise!
