Warning Room impossible to ventilate
The apartment is clean and very well equipped.
What we can regret, however, is the impossibility of ventilating the room (one window whose opening is broken and the second blocked by the air conditioning system.
The information given by the hotel on parking is incorrect. In fact, it indicates no more than $19 for 24 hours in the Saint Roch indigo parking lot and we paid $36 from 2 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. the next day…

Don't trust the photos
You need a code for the front door, a code for the floor and a code for the room. The front door worked every other time. I was taken outside a few times, then when I asked for help, I was told the person would be there in 30 minutes.
The first time I took a shower, the glass fell on my body. I managed to put the shower glass back in place and I didn't touch it again for the rest of my stay.
The air conditioning made a terrible noise. Even with my earplugs at night, I had difficulty sleeping. In the morning I woke up very early and went to work elsewhere. On the weekend, I went to sleep at a friends house.
I wanted to do some washing...impossible. The dryer handle remained in my hand. Result: I had to hang my clothes all over the room and re-wash everything once I got home because of the smell.
At a certain point, a man arrives in the building in a type of bicycle on 3 wheels. My colleague and I were very uncomfortable, since he looked messy and had a joint in his mouth. He replied: Ah, I work here, I'm the one who cleans your rooms! Very reassuring.
Eventually, I had some jewelry stolen, including a Pandora necklace.
Anyway, I'm not picky, but all I ask is that the place be livable, which this location was not at all. In fact, it's the worst place I've visited in my life. At almost $300 a night, it’s a solid steal!
