This hotel in Orford is located directly at the base of Mount Orford and is less than 10 minutes’ drive from Magog. The hotel features the gourmet restaurant Bistro 4 Saisons, the Burger Pub and the Dôme de Morphée Esthetic Spa.

Superb experience!
Magnificent experience at the Four Seasons hotel! The hotel is impeccably clean!
Our suite was superb, with a very large balcony! Full kitchen with refrigerator.
We enjoyed the access to the pool and spa.
Some information regarding the operation of the air conditioning in the room was missing.
The only annoyance was related to the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The club burgers.
No room service... We were tired from our day and wanted to eat in the room.
No indications in the room about the reduced hours of the restaurant's opening... We had to go get a meal at another hotel in the area...

Best hotel we stayed at on our Quebec trip! Staff was wonderful, our daughter enjoyed the pool and our room with a kitchenette was clean, comfortable and lovely.

The pool and hot tube were nice.
The Burger pub was good. We had an urban suite room facing the parking lot..Maybe ask in advance to have a view on the forest.

Really nice hotel with a few very minor things that need improvement.
This hotel was very nice. Really. We loved everything about it and will stay here in the future when we visit Magog. Room was contemporary and comfortable with good espresso coffeemaker, good quiet AC excellent beds and pillows. Not too soft and not too firm. Just right.
Good parking and they have an underground garage as well which we used.
Restaurant was nice overall but I think the descriptions in the menu were overall better then the dishes themselves. It wasn't bad by any means. The dishes simply needed more seasoning and maybe more balance.
The reason I took 1 star off is because of 2 issues.
1. The smoke alarm in the room all of a sudden started beeping and asking to press the test button around late evening when we went to bed. And then it quieted down but the same noise woke us up about an hour later. At which time I called the emergency number and some nice guy came right away and removed it. And that's how that problem was solved. Which is fine but I hope it's a one time occurrence and not a constant issue.
2. Also I feel that the bed sheets could be a better quality. They feel fine but they do make a lot of sort of rustling crunchy noise when you move at night. And so if you're not alone I'm bed they are not ideal.

Really only slept and ate there but restaurant is very good, breakfast great and room really spacious.
