Amazing hotel! Definitely stay here. The staff from the valet to the front desk to the cleaners were so friendly and professional. They were super helpful with anything we needed. We stayed for 3 nights and it was in the perfect location. Walkable to Old Montreal and other great shopping. It's also right across the street from the Metro which made things super convenient. Highly recommend!

Great 2 days spent at The W Hotel

The W Hotel did not disappoint. This hotel was walking distance to the Old Montreal area and great restaurants.
Our room was comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Heloise, one of the terrific concierges, was exceptional friendly and helpful during our stay. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend The W!

Best Bartenders in town

I love the service so much, the bar staff is always on point. I feel at home when I go. The cocktails are incredible. Mike is a great bartender with incredible attention to details. Stone is always focus and on point when it comes to service and quality of cocktails. Both are very discreet but very present when need drinks, menu or anything. I recommand this Bar and I hope you get to meet Mike or Stone.

This hotel never disappoints

The W hotel in Montreal is what Marriott hotel should all be like. I don’t just mean how nice and eloquent. Everything is on the inside, but more importantly the staff. Every single person I dealt with this week has been extremely helpful and extremely friendly. I could not have asked for a better stay than the one I got this time.

The Montreal W is a must stay!!

Mauricio Villalobos and the entire W Insiders team made our trip a 5 star experience, even before we left for Montreal!!! Mauricio reached out before our visit to see if we would be interested in numerous tourist events (even putting us in contact with a service representative to purchase Montreal Canadians playoff tickets) and offered his services throughout our stay. Additionally, Mauricio provided us with a beautiful and delicious cheese and champagne tray upon arrival.
My wife and I have already recommended the Montreal W to family and friends… do not miss this hotel!!
