Zero soundproofing and bad management
1) No soundproofing whatsoever. I slept about four hours a night. You can hear EVERYTHING. The room above had children running at 5am. Heavy construction outside the window starting at 6am. The sound is so bad I could hear people having normal phone conversations in units across the hall in my apartment with the door closed. I complained multiple times to management and they flat out ignored me. After a week this was exhausting and frustrating.
2) It’s next door to a halfway house of some kind that has people smoking and doing drugs all hours of the night.
3) The bed was not comfortable and the blanket was covered in stains.
4) The bedside lamp was broken and they didn’t fix it
5) The bedside blinds don’t block any sunlight so in the morning you are blasted with sun.
Overall even though this is a new property, the lack of any soundproofing is absolutely inexcusable as is the management not responding to multiple messages about it. Do not recommend.
