Great staff, clean rooms, great location to the old part of Montreal. Hotel restaurant was over priced for the quality of food and drinks.

Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Ordering breakfast to the room was so easy and useful and tasted amazing

A large hotel close to the congress center, in a bit dodgy area of the town. The nearest park had quite a few homeless living there, but I got the sense that this is a problem in Montreal as well as other parts of Canada. Room had a carpet, whitch is a bit undelicate. Happy I brought a pair of slippers to wear. Room had fantastic AC and a nice large shower and bathroom, both things that are important to me - so all in all it was a OK place to stay for a total of 8 nights. Valet service and easy to get help with taxis. Expensive breakfast at hotell, but quite e few options to order. A lot of small coffee shops close by, and an easy walk to the Notre Dame and restaurant and bar areas.

Solid Convention Hotel

This was a solid convention hotel located across the street from the convention center. There was underground access to the convention center if needed due to weather issues. The hotel was very busy so breakfast, bar, dinner, etc. were very crowded most nights. There were not enough bartenders to keep up with the crowds. There was no executive lounge which was disappointing given this is a business/convention hotel. They did recognize my Bonvoy status and provided free breakfast via the buffet in the restaurant. Most days I could not get a table and was asked to sit at the bar for breakfast which was crowded and not very comfortable. The room was a good size with a large desk. The outlets on the desk would not support my charger block which kept falling out. I had to use the outlet on the lamp by the bed to charge my devices or the wall outlet which was not very convenient. Housekeeping was good. My only suggestion is to increase the size of the vanity in the bathroom or provide drawers or another shelf for toiletries as there wasn't much room. There was no tub, only a shower, but I was fine with that. Free bottled water was provided. Given the proximity to the convention center with a large conference going on - the room rates were quite pricey for what was provided.

Fantastic. Stayed with my partner for my birthday. The staff set up the room with balloons and sweets and a card. Made me feel very special.
