My stay here was great. it was exactly what I was looking for. I was in town to visit a friend and only needed a clean, comfortable place to stay. A big plus is how convenient it is to the metro station.

Broken appliances and defective tv with image retention in room 205. Stay away from this suit. Staff doesn't understand quality for the price you pay. If you speak English good luck all the workers are from another world.

The check-in was fantastic and the manager running the process was very helpful and friendly. We loved the closeness to the event that we went to and the room was perfect for two of us and we quite enjoyed the breakfast which was included on weekends. The only thing that was strange was the checkout took about 10 minutes to get our refund back and somebody needed to go check the room first before they would credit my credit card.

Enjoyed our stay, my only suggestion for an improvement would be a few hooks and hangers in the room for towels and clothes. Also a toilet paper holder would be nice.
Very nice staff, helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was hearty and healthy, coffee machines were awesome. The manager Marc was very helpful as were the breakfast room staff.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay at Le Chablis. The staff were kind and helpful, location was excellent for our needs. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee machine was a huge plus! The only downside was that you could easily hear people in the hallway outside of the room and the people above the room. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property!
