Our repeated stays at this Comfort Inn speak for themselves. We return because of the people — individuals who know us well and welcome us as though we were family. Their hospitality transforms this hotel into a home away from home, and being greeted by name, with sincere warmth, is a gesture we deeply appreciate.
Lovepreet, at the front desk, continues to stand out. Her gracious manner, cheerful presence, and unwavering professionalism make every visit better. She is an asset to this establishment and merits recognition for her outstanding service.
Comfort Inn consistently exceeds expectations, surpassing even many well‑known hotel chains. Our thanks and congratulations to the entire staff for maintaining such a high standard of care. We will be back!

Room was very clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful. Stayed for two nights and took advantage of the breakfast both days. The server that contained the hot breakfast items did not seem to be working and the eggs, sausage and hash browns were cold both mornings. Probably not very food safe. We mentioned it to the front desk and they said they would check it.

Check-in and check-out processes were good. Good location that was surprisingly quiet. Would consider staying again if back in Lethbridge.

Breakfast was hot and well stocked even though we were a little late. The worker was kind and helpful. Staff was very friendly.
