Love the room and stores near and under the location. The start and management team rocked. This is my new favourite hotel in Kingston that is away from the traffic in the core.

The lobby was modern and spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful, including coming up to our room to help us get on their wifi. And the rooms were spacious and clean. Great hotel! I would stay there again.

The Strata Kingston
My son and I stayed at the Strata Hotel in Kingston, Ontario for a weekend in March 2026 for a youth hockey tournament. Our whole team stayed there. The hotel looked to have undergone recent renovations. The rooms were a good size. The common areas were clean. There is parking underground (open) and in front of the hotel. There is no swimming pool. There is a bar/lounge area on the main floor close to reception. There is one elevator. There are food options within walking distance. The hotel is close (driving distance) to a grocery store, LCBO, etc. We were happily surprised and very pleased with our 2 night stay at the Strata Kingston.

This was an overnight stay as we drove from Ottawa back towards western Ontario on our way home. Located 5 minutes off the 401, the Strata Hotel is modern and clean and comfortable. Free parking onsite. Helpful front-desk staff checked us in quickly. Our room was lovely! Comfy king bed. Upholstered chair. Space for our bags. And the usual room amenities. Spacious bathroom with fluffy towels! A nice luxurious ending to our trip!

A wonderful overnight hotel experience!
