Great location! Close to ricer walk, restaurants and shopping.

I’ve been to this property for many years. They have maintained it well and close to lot of good restaurants and shopping. For downtown, I’d visit here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The club breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fresh and delicious food. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot tub—they were clean, relaxing, and a highlight of our stay. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They made us feel well taken care of and contributed to a great overall experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Location, staff, room all wonderful! Amazing property and people. We ate at the restaurant and had a great experience there as well. My biggest complaint is that I didn't research this property well enough to understand the pictures online and description for a rooftop patio area are not for regular guests. We chose this hotel very specifically for that amenity and it is reserved for higher member guests than we are. I wish the website was clearer and I would have chosen another location. You can go to the pool area but it is run down and lots of kids. Was really looking forward to the elevated rooftop experience. Hope this helps the next guy also looking and denied access.

Terrible Housekeeping, Good Valet Service
We stayed here for two nights. Honestly, there is nothing particularly special about the Sheraton Suite Eau Claire—you’d probably get the exact same experience at any other well-known downtown hotel.
Your experience here will be a nightmare if you get assigned a lazy housekeeper. In our room, there was no spare toilet paper, and the tissue box was completely empty. To make matters worse, they flat-out lied and claimed they couldn't clean our room because we had a "Do Not Disturb" sign up. (I actually checked our door beforehand to be absolutely sure—we definitely did not have that sign out.) The housekeeping staff seriously needs retraining.
That being said, the valet parking staff were polite and provided good service.
