Séjour en famille avec nos deux enfants à bas âge. Prévenez l’hôtel à l’avance si vous avez des enfants pour un lit bébé éventuellement. Les lits sont très grands les chambres espacieuses avec des meubles de qualité tenues au propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et est réactif aux demandes. Si vous parlez anglais ne vous inquiétez pas ils parlent anglais. La cuisine est très bonne, L’espace extérieur est à croquer, et la piscine est un régal. Ce fut un moment agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Il faut y aller

The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment.

Terrible rooms with noxious odors

Terrible smell of humidity, old building and noxious cleaning products in the rooms. When I asked to change to a different room, I was proposed the suite for 180$ as all rooms smelled the same… A really lackluster place for the price that I don’t recommend.

lamentable

Accueil peu professionnel même par le directeur lui même.
Pour 190.00e / nuit, L'appartement que nous occupions n'était ni beau ni propre.
Tout était de travers, les prises, la douche qui tombait directement sur les wc...!!!
Cet hotel a été fait de bric et de broc et offre peu de confort, mais ne se prive pas de taper fort en prix.
Placé en plein carrefour il est en plus bruyant.
Ce fut une erreur que nous ne reproduirons plus.
