The hotel and it's staff were wonderful. The only thing we found somewhat underwhelming was the mattress which gave me a backache

המיקום על שפת הכנרת מושלם: שקט, רוחני, ומלא היסטוריה שמחברת בין כל הדתות. זה מקום שעוטף באנרגיה מיוחדת – פשוט לעצור, לנשום ולהתחבר.

The staff is wonderful and makes you feel completely at home. Waseem, one of the first people involved in building the hotel, took us on a fascinating tour of the ancient ruins discovered during construction, as well as the beautiful new prayer center. It was one of the most unique experiences we’ve had.
The location on the shores of the Sea of Galilee is just perfect – quiet, spiritual, and surrounded by history that connects all religions. The whole atmosphere wraps you in a special energy, inviting you to slow down, relax, and reconnect.
The authentic Arabic food was absolutely delicious, and the combination of warm hospitality, the unique tour, and the peaceful setting made our stay unforgettable.
We wholeheartedly recommend Magdala Hotel to anyone looking for a quiet retreat, with history, spirituality, and a truly special atmosphere right on the Sea of Galilee.

Charming hotel with special atmosphere and high level service
An amazing hotel of truly international standard. The property is maintained as if it were built today. The design is original, yet rich with motifs from the Bible and the New Testament.
The hotel preserves the remains of an ancient Jewish synagogue, and beside it stands a church featuring a boat similar to the one discovered in Ginosar. The hotel overlooks the Sea of Galilee and has a private beach.
There is an outdoor swimming pool that is ideal for a summer vacation.
The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and most of the guests are evangelical Christians who love the Holy Land. The staff is highly service oriented and maintains a very high, professional standard.
The menu is rich, varied, and delicious, at a chef level.
Highly recommended.

Wonderful place at the Kinneret!
Lot of indoor and outdoor areas to spend the day.
Staff was awesome! They were really helpful and answered all our questions before and during our stay!
