I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around alone as a female in that area. It's really close to the bus station though, which is convenient if you are traveling via bus. It's about a 20 minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk at the center of the town. There are buses that go quite close to the hotel though. All in all, I would stay again!

I turn to you for a difficult and disappointing hospitality experience that I experienced during my stay at your hotel.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel we received a room that was not clean and proper to accommodation. During the entire stay it turned out that the cleaning service was not provided regularly, but only after initiative from the guests, and even then the care was partial and unsatisfactory.
Among the shortcomings we encountered:
A balcony full of pigeons
Dirty sheets.
Dirty towels.
Fleas in the bed that stabbed me and caused me a rash and skin reaction.
Dead insects in the room.
There are pictures and everything is documented.
Beyond the physical harm caused to me, I suffered a lot of mental distress, and the whole experience was very far from the level of service and cleanliness expected from a self-respecting hotel chain.
Also, as early as Thursday I addressed the issue and asked for a director to return to me, but so far I have not received any answers or references.
In view of the seriousness of the case, the many defects found and the damage caused to me, I demand a full refund for the hotel stay.
I will request your reference and resolve the matter as soon as possible. If I do not receive an adequate response in a reasonable time, I will consider acting to exercise my rights by filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities and taking legal action.

Super nice staff but the hotel is not worth the price. It’s basically a 2 star hotel.

We stayed there during the incidents last Saturday (Oct 7 2023). They were super kind with us, allowing us to stay 2 more nights than originally planned as we were not able to drive to Tel Aviv. We appreciate how they managed to bring some calm in such a terrible situation. We’ll never forget the gesture.
