Coffee served to the pool at midnight

We arrived quite lately around 11:30pm, nevertheless we were welcomed with smile amd offered use of the small swimming pool instantly, with fresh coffee served at the poolside. The room was clean and nice, bathroom above standard we expected.

Don’t stay here!

Disgusting, dirty, damp, mold and bugs! We had two rooms and they were both really bad.
The sheets had stains. The electricity was faulty. Different bugs on the bed and the bathroom
We checked in and out the same day.
Choose another hotel!

Avoid this place

I wouldn't normally leave a review for accommodation on here, but as I ended up cancelling my booking it's the only way I can warn people, and it was really bad. I booked a 'deluxe room.' When I arrived it was awful. The room was really dirty and damp, the shower looked like it had just been used and there was a dirty towel left on the bath. There was black mould in the sink. The bed sheets looked like they might not have been changed and certainly one of the pillows was yellow! The mosquito curtain was in tatters and would have been needed as there were gaps in the doors. As for the 'swimming pool' my mothers pond looks clearer. I couldn't face staying there and cancelled my booking straight away. The boy that was there said he understood and that it happened quite a lot! I guess if a lot of people cancel and can't then leave reviews, it makes it harder for other travellers to know that the standard has dropped. I travel a lot and work in the industry and this was one of the worst places I have seen in a long time. The only redeeming point was they didn't charge me for cancelling and offered to let me use their wifi to find somewhere else!

Ubud relax

The hotel is near to the main street of Ubud and the main shops and restaurant of the city.
Rooms are very large and nice, with large bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Staff was Professional. Cleaning of the room was not exceptional. Swimming pool was small and there is not a solarium.
Standard breakfast with coffee or tea, bread, fruits and fried eggs was great.

Definitely coming back

After a nightmare we experienced in a hostel, we are able to find this place and booked right away. The staff are helpful, located in the center of Ubud so it's accessible that you just walk to go to the places you want, pool is great, the place all in all is amazing. You don't need to turn on the ceiling fan because it's not that hot and the place is clean. When I go back in here, I will definitely stay here again.
