Family Room of Horrors

We had the family suite, the most expensive room in the hotel.
The bathroom is a disaster — on the second-to-last night, cockroaches appeared. We decided to leave. The shower leaks and gets clogged. The lack of maintenance makes you feel misled by the photos.
The current state of the room has nothing to do with the photos. Maintenance is very poor. The room is not well insulated — you can hear everything from outside. One of the windows is even broken.
Personally, I need Wi-Fi to work, and the room had no signal. They tried to fix it with a repeater, but the bandwidth was so low it was impossible to use.
Rocky tries to solve the problems, but when he can’t, he just blames the owner and says there's nothing more he can do.
Breakfast is low quality. For example, the juices weren’t fresh.
I want to finish by pointing out that the night cost us €100. For that price, we had much better accommodation in Lombok. Most importantly: do not book the family suite room.

Never again!

There stayed 2 nights arrived and were received by Rocky not in my opinion just a little too excited. The room we got was old and had a pool of water on the floor. The room was small and dated. We asked for an upgrade which was not a problem and which we did not have to pay which was of course top service. The room lag on the top floor which was a kind of cottage. The toilet was dirty with poop marks on the seat and in the bowl I cleaned myself. Air conditioning stopped even after a night. Shower wells were so clogged with hair and junk that the water ran into the entire bathroom. Curtains were half the brackets broken. Bring earplugs because the mosques are numerous and start at 4 am!

To avoid

The photos are misleading and we did not imagine such a state of disrepair and overall dirt everywhere so we do not recommend this hotel!! No one had warned us that major works were in progress in the establishment and it was very embarrassing during our stay and a priori it might last!!
Positive thing: the staff very kind and a guide proposed on site that was great
