Very attentive service

I got there late, close to nine o'clock at night, but someone checked me in when I checked in, thank you very much. And he prepared me a welcome sandwich that tasted good and solved the puzzle of what I wanted to eat at the time.
The rooms are very clean with mosquito nets, as well as separate bathrooms and toilets. The bed also looked very clean and tidy, I loved it.
The next day I had a breakfast prepared for me, which was a choice between Indonesian and Western. It tasted great and was delivered to my room on time and at the time I booked it.
The hotel is very good, I like it very much and recommend friends to stay.

Great stay! The hotel is 10min off from the main road, the lane is little narrow but once you get there its all good. The staff and hospitality was amazing.

Compass Rose Ubud is a truly beautiful hotel, perfectly nestled in a quiet and serene part of Ubud. It's the ideal property to wind down and relax. The staff are absolutely lovely and wonderful – their hospitality truly stands out. They even gifted us coffee as a souvenir, which was such a thoughtful touch! Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay.

The service from the staff was amazing, they were really helpful, friendly and polite. The food was amazing too.
The bad part about it is the location of the place, it’s not in the city, and you have to go through a lot of narrow roads to get there, not to mention it’s literally in the woods. It is impossible to walk on your own given that there’s no street lights at almost all the places.
Moreover, there’s a lot of bugs and dead bugs in the room, even in the bath tub. Hence, it is advised to clean everything before you use them when you first arrive.

Amazing!

Me and my husband had an absolutely amazing honeymoon here. The team was so welcoming and made our whole stay feel wonderful. They organized a motorbike rent for us, we had breakfast included and every morning we had a choice of Indonesian, American or Continental breakfast, we tried them all and they all tasted amazing and were freshly made. The whole hotel felt like a relaxation oasis. They also organised an airport pick up and drop off for us which cost 500k IDR for a car 1 way. We have also tried the "Roma tic dinner" package and Sofi and the team did an amazing job, we felt very spoiled and the flower arrangements were beautiful. We also had a few lunches and dinner at their restaurant and the menu had a lot of options, they also adjusted some dishes for me as I am a vegetarian so that was really helpful. Overall, would 10/10 recommend.
