Great service provided by staff and reception desk, restaurant is both beautiful and have good variety of cuisines.
Great breakfast options, but would have loved to be able to eat the delicious brownie every morning! :-)

Friendly and good service
A good location for everywhere with very friendly service from Tarisa. The facilities are very good and complete with laundry!

Absolutely incredible hotel
Absolutely incredible hotel and very well located!
The reception area is beautiful and the pool as soon as you walk in is absolutely stunning. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The staff were amazing, with a special mention to Abi and Tarisa who were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even allowed us to check into our room 2 hours earlier than the scheduled check-in time wich we really appreciated!
The breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices.
We will definitely be coming back! ❤️

We booked 3 rooms (1 Family Room + 2 Standard Rooms) and arrived quite late at night, after 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, the Front Desk was unable to accommodate our request for connecting rooms.
Pros
Loved the hotel décor — it has a nice boutique hotel feel.
Great location, close to Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin City.
Breakfast was okay with a decent selection.
Cons
The pillows were VERY soft and did not provide enough support for the neck.
The walls seem quite thin, so corridor noise and occasional door slamming could be heard.
There was also a lingering cigarette smoke smell coming from the neighbouring room.
The mugs in the room still had leftover water from the previous guest, which made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned.
The toilet bowl had an unpleasant oily smell after flushing.
Overall, the hotel has a lovely boutique-style appearance and a very convenient location, but the room cleanliness and some basic room comforts could definitely be improved.
