Security needs training Hospitality

Overall the rooms are clean, for breakfast the porridge doesn't have the taste of pineapple and the papaya is no longer fresh, lots of insects fly around but for others it's good, for security the attitude is so rude. I stayed here from 2 to 5 February, initially I just tried typical Pekanbaru food from the restaurant next to the hotel when when I returned to the hotel on foot, the security view was extraordinary, looking at me from top to toe, then I wanted to enter the hotel followed by them. by pretending to go to the toilet all the time, because I stopped by the fo to want to extend my room again. My face didn't look right when I entered the hotel until my driver noticed that the security was staring at me like that, okay at the beginning I still thought maybe he was afraid I would steal him because of my ordinary dress. But the second day it was still like that, when I entered the hotel he hurriedly followed me, I tried to stop at the hotel because he would notice that I was a guest of this hotel, how come the security was being that way towards me. Honestly, I'm not comfortable, please the hotel and roomboy service is very good, but for security, please train more and don't judge people by appearance alone. Thank you

This Hotel so kind people and enjoying at sky long ... only room have somthing at tub wash but so k ... staff also so kind and helping us ...
