Traditional Balinese Hotel

One of an old traditional hotel in Denpasar, Bali-Indonesia. Clean, located near business and food area. Standard twin room was not so bad with small terrace. Price was so cheap for a hotel in business area. Staff were friendly and always helpfull with a Balinese smile. Parking space was wide. Don't worry about the parking space.

Terrible hotel (scam!)

The pictures online are nothing like what the room actually looks like. It's like a haunted house. No toilet paper, it's dirty, bed barely made and holes in the seats. I checked out again 5 minutes after checking in. When I asked for my money back, the employee ignored me. What a thug. Terrible that people live like this and make money like this. I hope this hotel will be closed as soon as possible!!

Do not stay

I booked for 2 nights to try to sort my phone out as was broken and my stay was greatly unpleasent. Staff were nice and friendly but acted as if they didn't know what they were doing and took about half an hour to confirm my booking. Stayed in a single room that was supposed to have air-conditioning but only given a fan. My 2 single beds didn't have any covers and later on found hundreads of ants all over when I woke up. Bathroom didn't have any toilet roll and had to ask as well as walls being all broken and mirror being dirty to the point you can't see anything as it's stained. I did not pay alot but for the £20 I did, I recommend avoiding this hotel.

Disappointed for that price

Room was 3x3 metres with two single beds, only one plug which means you can either charge your electronics or plug in the fan. No proper toilet, no shower. Staff was bad at speaking english, didn't seem to be very helpful. WiFi connection was a come-and-go. Didn't try their breakfast, checked out first thing in the morning. Avoid if you can. Unless you love ants.

Unmaintained

Unmaintained is the best way to describe it. It has a lot of potenial with nice interior and exterior settings in a first look. But after checking in and seeing that the toilet flushing is unfunctional, the bathtub had a hole on the side so it poors water on the floor when showering since the plumbing does not work, unfunctional TV, etc, you get a different understanding of the place. The staff is friendly but not good in english, instead of shaping this place up they are just sitting and doing nothing overnumbered as time takes its toll on exterior foundation. Belive it or not, we actually had our only bad breakfast expereince so far in Bali from this place. It's easy to see that the owner of the place just wants to get his profit with minimal maintaining. Such a shame.
