Excellent Stay at Pullman Bandung Grand Central
The room was comfortable, spacious, and exceptionally clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The housekeeping standards were impressive, and everything was well maintained.
What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from the Guest Relations team. Special thanks to Feby, Tami, Sechan, Yola, Shaloom, and Lita for their attentive hospitality. They work with genuine passion, are always helpful, friendly, and professional, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for. Their warm attitude and dedication significantly enhanced the overall guest experience.
