Hidden gem in Yercaud
The staffs thrived hard to take care of our each and every needs.Mr Kannan, Mr Sharvan, Mr Lokesh and Mr Govindraj (Kitchen) had helped us a lot to make our stay a memorable one.They provide strong wifi connection in each and every rooms; also in lobby and kitchen.
The things which can be improved are
1.Currently there is no elevator.So for older persons it will be difficult to climb through stairs.
2.They do not accept cards.Only google pay and cash are accepted.

Worst they don't keep up the word
Today when I contacted them for booking for this month end visit they went back on their words and refused booking and refused the refund also.
These PPL are not trust worthy we can't take their words if anyone approaches them take everything in writing or else you will be loosing your money
I have attached my proof of my advance payment

Best spacious rooml with awesome decoration.. we wish to stay everytime when we come here..
Food is too good with decent rates..
