Need to go for once with group

Very nice place for group picnic . But they need to clean there Pool . Othere then rest of the Activity is very good . There Jungel walk also very beautiful. Food was really good

For adventure seekers, there are off-piste routes offering lots of adrenaline

Truly thrilling and worth visiting. The activities are very adventurous. Especially the zip line is never to be missed. It's for the dare hearts.
The staff is very corperative. Mr, Rocky - the manager was very courteous, showed us all the stay options and guided us with enough information.
The Food is okay but the local people engaged in serving is remarkable.
The toilets and changing rooms need to be well built providing all necessary amenities.
The lockers are extremely in bad condition. Rusted and dilapidated.
The entrance of the camp is ungroomed. Makes it difficult to commute and travel.
The entertainment at the centre stage of the camp wins the hearts of all. That's the life of the camp.
In a nutshell, every one must visit atleast once and try the activities provided therein.
Hats off to the management and the entire staff for such a mammoth arrangement and looking after every visitor with utmost care.

Horrible and rude attitude of Mr. Bhargav (person who is handling your booking query at Orsang)

It's a nice location. You will find a very near-to-nature kind of environment with lush green surroundings. We went for a day picnic and enjoyed the day at Orsang.
The worst part is the arrogant attitude of the booking person, Mr. Bhargav. The kind of pathetic attitude and rudeness he has, you will regrate to talk with him. He is very upfront, and blunt and has no service orientation for clients. He is a perfect misfit for the hospitality industry.
Orsang's business can easily get doubled if they have the right fit person who can replace a person like Bhargav and take care of booking and client conversation more gently and sophisticatedly. All the best to Orsang.

Worst manager ever

Worst manager
Very unprofessional nature and I will put this on review and complain further. We asked queries and he was very rude to talk, didnt listen to queries as well, and was screaming without knowing question.

not a pleasant stay

Rooms are not clean, torn out linen provided, lot of insects inside room, not guided properly, we cant contact any one if you need some help no communication facilities.
food quality is not good. At 10 .45 pm one person came and handed over walki talki and told to contact in case of emergency ,but the battery drained out after 2 hours.
morning hot water brought in bucket but it has got lot of soap content.
staff are not trained.
value for money = zero
