Misleading and degrading customers
What made the situation worse was the behaviour of the owner, Shubhangna. Instead of addressing concerns politely, she spoke in a condescending and insulting manner, repeatedly making remarks that were degrading. At one point, she went so far as to imply that we were poor while boasting about her wealth and ownership of the property since 2018. Such comments are unacceptable, regardless of background or status.
