A very pleasant stay whose location is excellent
Housekeeping was excellent bed sheets changed daily and the room cleaned.
The breakfast room was light and airy sometimes. Staff in general here were ok, not always understanding the request for a pot of tea.
The cafe where I had a number of meals in the evening staff were excellent friendly helpful and the extensive menu was good.
I was always greeted by the security at the mall entrance pleasantly.
The only reason it was 4. and not 5 was the internet kept disappearing from my phone and I pad. I have a family in the area that I needed to keep in touch with.
Any problems other than that were dealt with very promptly
Thank you for a pleasant stay I hope to be able to return next year.

The room provided (606) was not worth the amount paid.
The room provided (606) was not worth the amount paid. There was no view at all—only a wall outside the window. I didn’t even open the curtains during my stay. For the price charged, a better room and experience were expected. Guests should avoid back-side rooms 601–606.
Overall, the service and room quality did not meet expectations.

A one star experience in 5 star Price.
Plus the toilets are very high. Very difficult to use for a short person.
