Very Poor Treatment of Staff
The biggest issue is the way employees are treated when they decide to resign. Instead of handling the resignation process professionally, staff can face unnecessary pressure and difficulties, including problems with receiving their earned salary. Blocking or delaying a worker’s salary after they have worked for it is completely unacceptable.
Staff are not machines. They work long hours, handle heavy responsibilities, deal with guests, and contribute directly to the resort’s success. At the very least, they deserve their salary on time, proper communication, and basic respect.
Management should understand that employees also have rights and responsibilities outside the workplace. If someone chooses to resign, the company should follow a proper process rather than creating problems for the employee or withholding money they have already earned.
A resort may look beautiful to guests, but the real quality of a workplace is shown by how it treats its employees when things are not going well.
Think carefully before accepting a job here. Ask current and former employees about salary payments, workload, and resignation procedures before making your decision.

Not so happy experience with the booking
The lift stinks of a stale smell. Food is good overall. Since it is located right on the Salem to Bangalore Highway, it is convenient, but the insulation needs to be improved so that the traffic noise is minimised.
