Most satisfying stay.

The hotel has been renovated and we found everything very satisfactory. My wife is very particular about a clean bed linen and a spotless toilet. Excellent service though the calling bell in our room 113 did not work. The Rudraksh restaurant is conveniently located in the premises and the food is good though the menu options are limited sometimes. We have been coming to this over several years and its location close to the temple is an added advantage.

Such a poor management

Booked AC room through online check in date 28 and check out on 30 Dec 24 and landed there on 28th night 10 PM by taxi. To my surprise they didn't notice my online booking and the manager said sorry for their mistake and provided a non AC room with a stinky bed, curtains and smelly room. He promised to return the difference amount on AC to Non AC room tariff while checking out.
Considering my family situation there having no access to travel again to the city i accepted and stayed there.
This residence is in a remote place outside the city, you will not have access to food delivery and there is no possibility to book online taxis and no auto or car stand nearby.
While checking out the manager ignored meeting us and met the owner and explained the situation and he committed to return the difference amount through GPAY and no response.
This hotel has a nasty bar on the ground floor and an AC bar on the first floor. It is not good for the family.
Even if anyone is booking, please call them and confirm about your booking.
Such poor management, they will not see online booking properly.

Business trip

Stay was comfortable. Service was good in the restaurant. Food and room ambiance was awesome. Air conditioner in the room did not have proper cooling which was uncomfortable at night. Overall stay was ok and would prefer to come and stay again in this hotel

Good room with AC

We are from Mayavaram, traveled for a weekend to Pondicherry. Since it was really busy we found this hotel and stayed for couple of days. Rooms are spacious and friendly staff. They must have some more facilities in the room.
