Receptionist_Sensless.(Very bad behaviour) Guest doesn't have important for them.

I had stayed 2 Days I this hotel, with making advance payment.
I had very bad experiance with the reception person_(A Mature Age Receptionist)Non sense behaviour, not to know how to talk with Customer,too arrogant showing their attitude to guest, as they had done favour or charity to give their room as per their room terrif to the guest.
Even though they are employee of this hotel, Non sense behaviour.
Room Service : Very bad, not bothered about the customer.

Overpriced Nightmare: Filthy Rooms, Rude Staff, and Zero Hygiene

We booked Luxmi Hotel, Prayagraj, during our Kumbh Darshan, paying an exorbitant ₹28,000 for two rooms (4 pax) for two days (₹21,000) and one room (3 pax) for the next day (₹7,000), only to experience one of the worst stays ever. The rooms were nothing short of stink holes, filled with mold, water seepage, and an unbearable stench. Basic amenities were severely lacking—each room was given just one towel, and when we requested another, the housekeeping staff rudely responded, "Paida karke du kya?" ("Should I produce one for you?"). Despite being promised a deluxe room, they hesitated to provide AC, and even when they did, they kept switching it off every hour or two, forcing us to go down to the reception or call them repeatedly to turn it back on. The bedsheets were stained, the flush didn't work, and the water outlet was clogged, making the bathroom unusable. Hygiene was a complete joke—we witnessed a guest checking out, and the hotel immediately assigned the same uncleaned room to another person. The service was beyond pathetic, and the staff’s attitude was shockingly indifferent. While we don’t mind paying a premium price, we at least expected basic cleanliness and service, which this hotel utterly failed to provide. Unless you are in an absolute emergency, avoid this place at all costs, and if you do end up here, bring your own essentials.

Worst hotel I have stayed in my lifetime

The hotel is one of the worst hotel in allahabad, better to say in whole India. Our booking for 3 super delux room was done in advance and when we reached we were told that the previous customer has left with thw room keys and we were told that they can provide 1 room at the time and the rest of the rooms will be available after 4 pm. The entrance is so bad that its impossible for aged people to get into the rooms. The condition of the room were too bad. The hotel is not suitable for family travellers or women.

OK OK hotel

This year my dad and my sister went to Allahabad and they stayed in the same hotel but they told it was Budget room in Best price. Need more improvements with the service. Service staff was not good my dad not liked the hotel much. they provided the breakfast but it was ok ok. SO as per my dad i will give rating 3.
