2 days of heaven

Here I live for 2 days and in 2 days I get all facilities, staff are very friendly and polite in behave, they provide best rooms with best quality services, easily reachs by public and personal transport, must visit for a relaxing experience.

Worst Stay – Extremely Disappointing Experience (Jan 16–18)

I stayed at Hotel Gold, Panipat for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I booked this hotel only to spend nights, as I was attending my cousin’s wedding during the day. Unfortunately, even that basic expectation was not met.
Major issues during my stay:
1. The room was freezing cold at check-in. There was no temperature control or proper heating maintained.
2. I had to request a heater. The first one provided was broken, and the second one barely worked.
3. On the second day morning, there was no hot water. When I contacted reception, they said the taps were clogged with dirt.
4. On the second night, there was extremely loud music and partying in a room beside mine. A group of men were singing and making noise the entire night. I called the reception five times, but the staff was very slow and mostly unresponsive.
5. On the third morning at 5:00 AM, there was again no hot water. The soaps and shower gels had been removed after cleaning the previous day and were never replaced. I was in a rush to get ready for wedding preparations, which made the situation even more stressful.
The staff was unprofessional, unconsiderate, and provided very poor service. Throughout my stay, I kept complaining about these issues, yet nothing was properly resolved.
I traveled from Canada to attend my cousin’s wedding, and this hotel completely ruined my stay. The property is misleading on Agoda, and the actual conditions do not match what is advertised.
Please do not waste your hard-earned money on this hotel. I am extremely dissatisfied and would definitely like a refund. Agoda should seriously review and reconsider listing this property.
THEIR MANAGEMENT HAS DECLINED TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FAILURES AND FRAMED IT AS WEATHER ISSUES. IT’S NOT WORTH IT. DONT BOOK WITH THEM.

Worst staff

I had a bad experience , i booked hotel for a day but have to extend the stay , they said they will make best of it but in the end they charge more than online price . i have seen how unethaical the management is and hotel is also not good just decent not at all value for money .

Nice stay

We visited Panipat in this month with family and stayed in this hotel. The stay was good. The staff was polite and willing to help. The hotel can be easily located and is easy to identify or search. Rooms were clean.

bad experience

stayed in hotel on 13-14th during official visit.
*staff behaviour is unprofessional, even manager doesn't care much about the genuine concern raised.
*rooms were not cleaned, bed sheets and blanket were with stains.
*drainage issue in washroom.
*sepage marks with strong odour.
would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel
