A Truly Disappointing Stay
Our two-night family stay in the club rooms and an executive suite was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the experience fell far below basic hospitality standards.
Poor Check-in Experience: The reception area was noticeably understaffed. We did not receive the twin-bed club room we had explicitly requested. Furthermore, the receptionist, Koushik, was highly unprofessional—he seemed completely flustered and continuously broke away to address other guests right in the middle of assisting us. Overall, the hotel staff came across as completely indifferent.
Subpar Room Conditions: The rooms are clearly old, poorly maintained, and unfortunately had a terrible smell. The bathroom situation was equally frustrating; there was no hot water readily available, and we had to wait 30 minutes just for the shower to warm up.
Frustrating Breakfast Buffet: The morning buffet was completely mismanaged. The breakfast staff were highly unresponsive to maintaining the dining area—clean utensils ran out, empty food stations were not replenished, and we had to ask multiple times just to get a glass of water. While the food itself was mediocre (about a 3/5), the service ruined the meal.
Bottom Line: I will absolutely not return and highly recommend that others avoid booking here.

The location was convenient, checkin and check out was very quick, room was very clean and nice, food was tasty, only issue was the hotel felt crowded and difficult to find parking due to some event.
