They allowed us to keep our extra (international) luggage with them for an extra couple of days as were were going on a short local trip. This was above and beyond what we expected.
We would highly recommend them.

There was no coffee in room. Tea bags where there but without stirer
AC was fixed at 23 degrees in hot summer. Could not change temperature.
Overall disappointing experience.
