Don’t believe this

When we phoned in January, someone at reception talked and asked my dates and confirmed that no need to book, will come and pay. But we were about to leave to T Nagar, when we phoned the hotel to double check, the reception told that there was no booking on our name etc. it’s a rubbish service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Very unsatisfactory, poor service

Puvi Domingopillai from Sri Lanka. I have travelled extensively, but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The location was okay, close to the shopping area. Other than that, it was horrible. Their service was terrible. The room was dirty. No shower cubicle nor a shower curtain in the wash room. When you bathe the whole place gets flooded. Since there was no slope for the water to go to the outlet, the water runs up to the door. No brush nor a wiper provided to push the water to the outlet. There wasn't a proper plug base to charge the mobile. When you fix the adaptor to the plug point it falls off. No proper grip. Finally, I had to support the adaptor with two coffee cups & a Voltaren box. They furnished fresh towels, but some were torn. The food at the restaurant was good. Good spread for the breakfast. We have to pay the exact bill amount to the hotel, since they don't have any change. Extremely poor in every aspect. I will never recommend this hotel.
